When’s it happening?
The Battlefield 6 multiplayer reveal is set for today, starting at 10 AM Pacific (or 1 PM Eastern). I only found out a couple of days ago, but I figured I’d tune in — not because I’m overly hyped, but more out of habit. Battlefield’s been hit-or-miss for me the last few years, but I’m still curious to see what they’re doing this time around. Worst case, it’s background noise while I eat lunch.

You can watch the event on Battlefield’s official YouTube and Twitch channels. I usually go with YouTube — Twitch feels a bit messy for me when big events are on, and YouTube’s rewind is handy if you miss a bit. Either way, pop it on your phone or TV and you’re set.

I’ll be watching out for anything that feels like a proper throwback to Battlefield 3 or 4. Those were the ones that got me hooked. Honestly, I’m not expecting anything wildly new — just solid gunplay, good map design, and maybe something unexpected with the squad system. I’ll post short updates here during the stream for anyone who doesn’t want to sit through the whole thing.
Quick thought
From what I’ve seen so far, this reveal feels more grounded than past ones. No over-the-top drama — just straight to the point. If it leans more Battlefield 4 than 2042, I’ll be happy.
